Included in the package are 3 RV Water Heater Anode Rods and 2 pieces of Teflon tape. The rods have a length of 9.25 inches, a diameter of 0.70 inches, and a thread size of 3/4" NPT. They are compatible with most RV Suburban and Mor-Flo 6-gallon water heaters, as their magnesium construction allows them to collect contaminants and extend the tank life.

A 1-1/16-inch socket is required to remove the anode rods, and they can be installed using plumber's tape (sockets not included). It is important to periodically inspect and replace the RV water anode rod, especially if white debris appears. When the anode rods are depleted, the water tank is at risk of corrosion and leakage, so regular replacement is recommended.
